The spacious couch and a beautiful olive tree set a peaceful tone, while a charming greenery wall and bench behind the sofa create a perfect nook for photos, reflection, or quiet meditation. ~Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, blender, plates, bowls, limited spices, teas, and all appliances necessary to prepare your favorite meals. The dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests—perfect for family meals or gatherings. ~Game Room: A guest favorite featuring a TV, foosball table, air hockey, large Connect 4, and classic board games like Uno and Dominoes. A futon couch easily converts into a bed for extra sleeping space. Bedrooms Designed for Comfort: ~Master Suite: A retreat within a retreat, featuring a cozy office nook and an extra couch, creating a “room within a room” vibe. Enjoy a spacious closet, private bath with shower, calming decor, and an olive tree for added serenity. Wellness & Fitness Studio: ~Garage Fitness Studio: Features a sauna, exercise bike, walking pad, weights, and TV, all set on turf flooring for a comfortable workout experience. The room is AC-controlled for year-round comfort. The home has security cameras around the premises. Front yard and backyard but none in the home. ★NO PETS ON BEDS/FURNITURE ★. If pet hair is found excessively on beds/furniture there will be additional cleaning charge for pet hair removal. ★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Thank you very much for your understanding.
