The home has security cameras around the premises. Front yard and backyard but none in the home. ★NO PETS ON BEDS/FURNITURE ★. If pet hair is found excessively on beds/furniture there will be additional cleaning charge for pet hair removal. ★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Thank you very much for your understanding.
